How to access your new purchase
Where to find and access your purchased items, so you can start learning in seconds.
If this is your first time using the platform
1. Check your email inbox within 10–15 minutes for a message containing your temporary password and the login link.
2. Check your Spam/Junk folder if the email doesn’t arrive.
3. Click “Request a new password” below to resend your login details if you still don’t receive it.
4. Log in using your temporary password and set a new one when prompted.
5. Click “My Library” from your dashboard from the left navigation to view all your purchased items.
If you already have an account
1. Click “My Library” below to access your new purchase.
2. Log in with your existing email and password, if you’re not logged in already.
